I moved to San Diego recently and was so happy to find this practice. Everyone is super competent and friendly and accomodating. The front desk does their utmost to fit you in if you have an emergency. I've been pleased with all the work I have had done
Prompt, courteous, efficient. Willing to work with me for mutually convenient appointment slots. Very efficient and informative during the procedure. It was easy to stay calm.
The staff and doctor are well trained and diagnosed my issue during the visit. Very professional with what they know. I’ve known them for over 30 years and they take care of your needs and really listen to you.
Dr. Randolph always spends time to educate and focuses on prevention. He’s very gentle and explains each step and the rationale. He’s an exceptional dentist. Monica is my dental hygienist and she is very gentle and thorough. I’ve been coming for 15 years. I love this office!
12:30 PM Friday Afternoon… A crown decided to pop off one of my teeth. I immediately called the Office in a panic not knowing if they were open or if Dr. Randolph had any available slots. Of course they were able to squeeze me in, I had a feeling they stayed late to take care of me which Dr. Randolph did,. he fixed the crown and sent me on my way. I love this office. the staff is so professional and light and bright and sunny and happy. It’s such a wonderful environment and Dr. Randolph is so caring, he makes you feel like you’re the only person on the planet at that moment. I am so grateful to be a patient of Dr. Randolph.

Dr. Bob and his amazing staff always make me feel comfortable when I visit. The office is beautiful and everyone is very kind from the moment I walk in.
