Historically, a trip to the dentist is never a joyous experience, but Dr Randolph has been my dentist for almost 30 years and I have nothing but the highest praise for the treatment and consideration I have received during my regular visits to his practice. He sets the bar by being very gentle and articulate in explaining what he is is going to do beforehand, and his hygienists are similarly gentle yet thorough. Nothing quite like leaving a visit with a mouth that feels sparkly and squeaky clean! Enough to make you smile😊
It’s Friday December 22, late afternoon. Everywhere everyone is tying up loose ends before the long Christmas weekend. I am eating a sliced apple. I break a crown. I called the Dr. Bob’s Office. I am not in pain, I say, but I was concerned I would have a problem over the weekend. I was given an appointment for next week. I was also told that if I had a problem, there was an emergency number and a dentist would be on call if I needed one. We hung up. Not five minutes later the office called, asked if I could come in and I went to the office. Dr.Bob is a true healthcare provider. He checked me out, provided me with a temporary solution, which was totally for my comfort. I am still, a day and a half later, in no discomfort but also awed with the human kindness and professionalism! Thank you Dr. Bob!

This is THE BEST DENTIST PRACTICE IN SAN DIEGO, POSSIBLY THE WORLD. Every interaction is pleasant. The staff is the nicest group of people. Everyone is very personable. Great pricing. They are up front with doing a procedure and the cost before u get surprised with a big bill. Can’t say enough about how much I love going to this specific dentist practice. I actually look forward to it. 🙂 ♥️

Dr. Bob & his staff are the BEST! Never had a complaint or a negative thing to say in the almost 2 decades I've been a patient. Great "bedside manner" and a feather light touch. His work always feels as non-intrusive as possible. (And a really nice human being to boot)
