After working several years alongside his dad, Dr. Bob proudly took over the practice when his dad retired in 2005. Together with Dr. Kamdar, Dr. McRae, Dr. Wasilewski, and the entire team, Dr. Bob remains committed to serving our happy patients in Solana Beach, excited to see what the next 50 years brings this lovely community.

Dr. Bob Randolph is a Solana Beach native, where growing up he spent time in his parents' Solana Beach dental office. Dr. Bob graduated from Torrey Pines High School and received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific's dental school in San Francisco, where he graduated in the Top 15% of his class and was ranked #2 in clinical treatment. Dr. Bob graduated from dental school with Tau Kappa Omega Honors on the basis of ideals, scholarship, character, and class rank. Upon graduation from UOP, Dr. Bob began practicing with his dad, Dr. George A. Randolph, in the practice George started in 1971 and with his mother, Diane Randolph, who worked in the office as a hygienist and office manager. Both George and Diane graduated from Northwestern Dental programs, where they first met. It was their cross-country road-trip that landed them in Solana Beach, where they set up shop and opened the doors of the Randolph dental practice. Dr. Bob has been a San Diego Magazine ``Top Dentist`` consecutively from 2009-2024! He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Diego County Dental Association, and the Spear Education Dental Study Group. Dr. Bob enjoys time with his wife, Laura, and their three daughters, Sydney, Piper and Kelly. He loves trail running, surfing and the ocean.
read fullDr. Navreet Kamdar received her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2008. Before dental school, she graduated Cum Laude from UC Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with Honors, and a Minor in Biological Sciences. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Kamdar got married and moved to Nashville, where she completed a General Practice Residency. Her husband's training subsequently led them to the East Coast, where she worked for 4 years as an associate dentist in a bustling family-owned practice in Downtown Baltimore. As Silicon Valley natives, Dr. Kamdar longed to return to the west coast, finally moving to Los Angeles in 2013. While in LA, Dr. Kamdar joined the faculty at UCLA School of Dentistry, giving lectures on dental fundamentals to 1st and 2nd year students and supervised 4th year dental students during their general dentistry clinical rotations. Additionally, while in LA, Dr. Kamdar served as an associate dentist at an upscale Sherman Oaks Dental practice. In August of 2018, Dr. Kamdar and her family moved to sunny San Diego. As a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Kamdar has a deep commitment to learning and applying the latest evidence-based dental practices. As a strong patient advocate, Dr. Kamdar takes the time to both educate and comfort her patients, with the ultimate goal of fostering a positive, pleasant and memorable dental experience for everyone. In her free time, Dr. Kamdar enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys travelling, the outdoors, exploring the local food scene, and catching up on the latest Bollywood movies and music. An avid runner, Dr. Kamdar has completed two marathons and hopes to complete more once her little ones are ready to join her!
read fullDr. Tori McRae is a North County San Diego native, growing up in Vista. She graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Environmental Science from UCLA (Go Bruins!). After college, she migrated north to attend dental school at the University of Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where she graduated 5th in her class and was awarded 'Best Operative Dentist' amongst her peers. Following graduation, she served as a dental officer in the US Navy. She is honored to have treated the service members and families of US Naval Base Bangor, Washington and Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan. She gained invaluable clinical and leadership experience. Her favorite part of dentistry is building trusting relationships with her patients, and she strives to provide the highest quality, compassionate care to improve their lives. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Diego County Dental Society. Outside of dentistry, she loves to cook, travel, camp, and do anything outdoors, especially with her husband, Dr. Wasilewski. She feels so lucky to practice alongside the entire Randolph Family Dental Team.

He then attended the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where he graduated third in his class. After dental school, he gained invaluable experience as a military dentist in the US Navy, even deploying overseas to Japan to care for our active duty service members. He prides himself on his clinical excellence and attention to detail, as well as his extensive training and thousands of continuing education hours. But above all, it is his friendly manner and gentle touch that align so well with the Randolph Family Dental team. He strives to build trust with his patients, taking care of them just like his own family and friends. Dr. Waz is a proud member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Diego County Dental Society. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Waz loves to do anything and everything outdoors: hiking, biking, snowboarding, camping, and surfing to name a few. He also plays the saxophone, and enjoys eating all of Dr. Tori's kitchen creations.
read fullTraci and her family moved to San Diego in 2011 and are thrilled to call North County their home! With a Bachelor's Degree from U.C. Davis and a Master's Degree from UCSF, Traci began her career as a physical therapist. She made the change from full time practitioner to Healthcare Administration in 2013 and was honored to join the Randolph Dental Team in 2016 to support the administrative side of the practice. When not working, Traci enjoys the outdoors as well as cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends. Traci and her husband Mark are most often found on the soccer or lacrosse sidelines cheering on their two children Liz and Ben.

Monica lives in Carmel Valley with her husband Jon, and her kids Lucas, Marin, and Carter.

She has called San Diego her home since 2000, where she and her husband are raising their twins. She is trained and licensed for both Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting with Extended Functions in Orthodontics. Elizabeth originally joined our team in 2004, working a few years before taking some time to help raise her twins. We welcomed her back to our practice in 2013. When not working, Elizabeth enjoys yoga, baking, skiing, and travelling with her family. Fun fact-she met her husband as a patient!

When not working, Michelle enjoys relaxing at the beach, going on long hikes, vacationing with family and friends and spending quality time with her husband and daughters.

She then completed a RDHAP program at University of Pacific and has thoroughly enjoyed her profession, getting to help patients while specializing in preventive dentistry since 2011. Yuni is originally from South Korea where she participated in research in dental materials science during her graduate programs and also holds a masters in Dental Public Health. In her free time, Yuni loves spending time with her friends and family and exercising. She is married and enjoys cooking, watercolor painting, and baking different types of food including sourdough bread. Our office LOVES Yuni’s sourdough scones!

She chose San Diego for the great weather and beautiful beaches. Lia became an RDA in 2020 and she is grateful to be back in the dental field again. Lia joined our team in 2022 and has made a profound impact. In her free time Lia enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, running, and spending time at the beach with friends.

Just like Dr. Bob, Kaitlyn graduated from Torrey Pines High School, and she continues her education while working with us here in the office. Kaitlyn joined our practice in 2021 and she loves the atmosphere of the practice and all of the learning experiences it has to offer. She loves baseball (GO DODGERS!), the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.

Patricia’s cousin, Dee Dee Camarena, worked with both Dr. Bob and Dr. George Randolph for over 37 years, and we’re thrilled to now have Patricia part of our team.

She was a dental assistant with Randolph Family Dental starting in 1986, first working with Dr. George Randolph and then with Dr. Bob Randolph. After 37 years with our team, Dee Dee retired in 2023. She is now enjoying traveling and spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren. We were so lucky to have her dedication to our office for almost four decades, and we love it when she still comes by to hang out with us. She enjoyed all of the Randolph Family Dental patients she met throughout the years.
